Julie Ann will then walk the entire property and take photos of trouble areas and so on. She will write a detailed paint specification, customized for your buildings.  After that she will get an idea of the colors you are thinking of and then with the magic of her computer and the skills of her hands, she will show you what your building will look like with three color combinations of your choice so you can see what your building will look like when it is painted the colors you've chosen. That way there is no guess work.Then you decide on the color. We will recommend three qualified painting contractors, to bid the job. These are contractors that we will warrantee. They all bid from the same specifications that have everything spelled out, so there is no confusion on what gets painted, and what products go where. We specify exactly what you want them to bid. Julie Ann will go to the job once or twice a week to inspect the work as it progresses.
